Muzzleloader hunts for trophy mule and whitetail deer
in Nebraska's Sandhills
Our muzzle season runs the whole month of December. With
the new any scope size law, the possibilities are endless
for trophy deer. The temps are usually in the 40's and
the low in the teens, which makes the post rut a prime
time to harvest that mature buck. The deer bed in the
hills during the day and early afternoon they come into
the food sources where you can hunt them from a ground
blind or a natural blind. The hunting pressure is minimal
and deer are very predictable that time of year. We offer
a 4-day hunt that includes lodging, meals, and guide service
on 30,000 acres, with the guide to client ratio being
2 to 1. One on one is possible with an extra $700. The
tags are guaranteed and can be printed off in your living
room for the cost of around $200. The Sandhills are beautiful
this time of year and the hunting is great with over 90%
success. The total cost of these muzzle hunts is $3600.
A $1000 deposit holds your hunt with the balance due in
July. Our trophy room says it all, hunt where the big
boys are, in Nebraska. Our lodge is not big and fancy
but a clean house with a hot shower and home cooked meals
is what you will get. Cell service is very limited and
there is not any fancy big screen with internet, but you
will have a very peaceful hunt in the pristine Nebraska
Sandhills.
